The Spirit World Co

This Refund Policy applies to all services, memberships, digital products, and programs offered by The Spirit World Co.

1. Digital Membership Access

The Spirit World Co provides access to a digital membership that includes community spaces, educational resources, and mentorship support delivered through platforms such as Skool and Telegram.

Due to the nature of digital memberships and immediate access to proprietary resources, all payments are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • change of mind

  • failure to participate in the membership

  • missed live sessions or discussions

  • dissatisfaction based on lack of personal results

  • unused membership time

Members are responsible for their own participation and engagement within the membership.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription by providing a minimum of four (4) weeks notice.

Cancellation will stop future billing following the notice period.

Members may therefore be charged for one additional billing cycle after submitting a cancellation request.

Access to membership content and community spaces will continue until the end of the final paid billing period.

4. Access Revocation

The Spirit World Co reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership access without refund if a member:

  • violates community guidelines

  • breaches intellectual property protections

  • engages in harassment or harmful behaviour

  • shares membership content without permission

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If services fail to meet consumer guarantees under the law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
