Membership grants access for personal use only.

Access is limited to the individual member who purchased the membership and may not be shared with others.

Members must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.

2. Eligibility

Members must not share or distribute conversations, screenshots, recordings, or personal experiences shared by other members outside the community.

5. Platform Availability

The Spirit World Co uses third-party platforms including Skool and Telegram to host membership content and communication.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain consistent access, The Spirit World Co cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Spirit World Co is not responsible for outages, technical issues, or changes made by third-party platforms.

6. Changes to Membership Content

The Spirit World Co reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove content, resources, or community features within the membership at any time.

This ensures the membership can continue to evolve and improve for participants.

7. Termination of Access

The Spirit World Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if a member:

• violates these Terms and Conditions
• breaches intellectual property protections
• engages in harmful behaviour within the community
• fails to maintain payment obligations

Termination may occur without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

• indirect or consequential losses
